These Terms govern access to and use of the LOGONAX website, platform, products, and professional services.
1 - Acceptance of terms
By accessing LOGONAX, creating an account, ordering a package, purchasing a service, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and any project documentation that applies to your engagement.
If you purchase services for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the applicable services.
2 - Eligibility and definitions
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a binding agreement. Client means the person or organization purchasing services. Services means the creative, digital, technical, marketing, consulting, production, or development work offered by LOGONAX.
3 - LOGONAX services
Services may include brand identity, logo design, website design, application development, hosting, digital marketing, consulting, content writing, animation, printing, and other customized professional work. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined by the project proposal, package, invoice, statement of work, or written project communication.
4 - Projects, payments, and delivery
Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, content, access, feedback, and approvals needed to perform the work. Delays in those materials may affect delivery dates. Prices are normally stated in United States Dollars and work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
A deliverable is considered provided when it is sent, uploaded, published, shared, or made reasonably available through an agreed communication channel. Project-specific revision limits and milestones apply where stated.
5 - Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless the project documentation says otherwise, ownership of approved custom deliverables transfers after all amounts due are paid. Unused concepts, drafts, internal methods, templates, reusable components, and third-party materials remain excluded unless expressly included.
Users may not use LOGONAX services or website to break the law, infringe rights, submit fraudulent materials, distribute malicious code, abuse others, or attempt unauthorized access.
6 - Third parties, warranties, and liability
Projects may rely on hosting providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, app stores, stock assets, APIs, and other third parties. Their terms, availability, pricing, and approvals are outside LOGONAX's control.
Creative and marketing results can depend on market, technical, and third-party factors. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, LOGONAX does not promise a particular revenue, ranking, traffic, conversion, or commercial result.
7 - Refunds, changes, and contact
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy and any applicable project documentation. These Terms may be updated prospectively when services, technology, or legal requirements change.
